“Your Pain Tolerance Will Always Be Respected”

I specialize in neuromuscular therapy, which is 8-12 seconds of deep pressure in a given area until the muscle releases. Your pain tolerance will always be respected and I will work within those tolerances, so that when I finish you will feel relief.

Afterwards you may feel tender from the massage, however the initial muscular problem will begin to diminish along with the tenderness. I can do very light to very deep pressure along with other combined techniques such as shiatsu (stretching), effleurage (long deep strokes) and petrissage (kneading). If muscular pain is not an issue, a full-body relaxation massage will.

I have scoliosis that causes me all sorts of problems on my right side. This is the only therapist that has helped with relief from pain. He works directly with the cause of pain and does not do a mechanical routine. He gave suggestions on additional stretches at home that could offer relief between appointments.
